Rana is no stranger to fitness. She brings a diverse background in dance, sports, and cardio fitness to her training style. She has developed her own curriculum called Selah Strength which blends power yoga, pilates, and functional movement into a distinct strength and flexibility class. Her passion and motivation will drive you to accomplish new goals every time you step into the box!
I’m 24 years old and just recently got my level one certificate to be a Crossfit trainer. This was easily one of the best decisions I could have possibly made for myself. I love spending time outdoors, hanging out at the box and working out there. I love the atmosphere, the attitude, and above all I love the community that it’s brought together. I aspire to always look for ways to improve my coaching abilities and help the Crossfit community anyway I can.
